- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp organic matcha tea
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup of grass-fed milk
- Toppings: a handful of raspberries, blueberries & chopped pecans
- Optional sweetener: honey or maple syrup
If you prefer a sweeter pudding, stir in your sweetener of choice.
