Sautéed Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • Coconut Oil
  • Onion, chopped
  • Garlic clove (s) smashed/minced
  • Fresh ground salt and pepper
  • Baked poato

Instructions

Slice a head of cabbage in half, remove the core and slice/chop. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet or pot.  Add the onion, garlic and the sliced cabbage. Cook on  high heat until slightly browned adding a little fresh ground salt and pepper.

Serve over a baked potato.

Notes:
This is amazingly delicious when made with local, in season cabbage!
