- Extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh Brussels sprouts (the smaller the better)
- Fresh Parmesan cheese
Half steam the Brussels sprouts (until about half way done). Then mix all ingredients in a container and allow to sit for 10-15 minutes.
Pour the mixture onto a cookie sheet and spread to one layer. Broil to desired brown-ness.
Serve and enjoy!
